Banglong Sanitary Ware was founded in 1996 and is located in Nan’an, Fujian, a millennium old countyand famous bathroom city. After more than 20 years of continuous development, Banglong Companyhas established four major production bases for hardware/ceramics, water tanks, and pendants, with aproduction and operation area of over 60000 square meters. The four major production bases operate with distinct responsibilities while maintaining collaborative synergy, forming comprehensive industrial chain capabilities that cover core bathroom product categories: Ceramic Production Base: Equipped with multiple automated tunnel kilns (the first tunnel kiln commenced operation in 2000), specializing in firing core products like toilets and ceramic basins. Utilizing 1280°C high-temperature firing technology with an annual production capacity reaching millions of units, it fundamentally ensures the density and durability of ceramic products. Hardware Production Base: Incorporating world-class CNC machining, triple electroplating, and 306 multi-dimensional polishing equipment, professionally manufacturing faucets, showers, hardware accessories, and other products. Core materials utilize 59-copper and 304 stainless steel, achieving precision control throughout the entire process from raw materials to finished products. Tank Production Base: With over 20 years of specialization in flush tanks, it has developed more than 40 popular products including ultra-thin and multi-functional models. Possessing large-scale customized production capabilities, it adapts to diverse scenarios including residential and commercial projects. Accessory Production Base: Focusing on bathroom storage products, it employs combined techniques of zinc alloy wall mounts and precision copper hanging rods. After mirror-finish crystal diamond electroplating treatment, the products balance practicality and aesthetics, with an annual output exceeding 2 million accessories.
Factories take \”technology-driven production\” as their core, building an intelligent and refined production system: Core equipment includes fully introduced internationally leading automated production lines, covering ceramic forming robots, intelligent electroplating production lines, precision polishing equipment, etc. The automation rate of key processes exceeds 70%, which not only improves production efficiency but also ensures product consistency. R&D support is provided by two dedicated R&D centers for leisure and engineering sanitary ware. A total of 27 national patents have been applied for, and cooperation with research institutions such as the Fujian Institute of Energy of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Xiamen University has been established to quickly convert innovative achievements such as water-saving technologies and anti-corrosion processes into mass production capabilities. Process innovation includes pioneering breakthrough products such as threaded angle valves and non-toxic packing tapes in the industry. The faucet series features humanized quick-installation design, faucet products have 180-degree flat rotation and explosion-proof characteristics, and stainless steel sinks adopt exclusive anti-condensation technology. Multiple processes have reached advanced industry levels.
Adhere to the ‘Gold Quality’ standard and establish a strict quality control mechanism covering the entire production cycle:
Raw Material Inspection: Select high-quality materials worldwide. All base materials must pass lead-free and environmental protection tests. Core raw materials such as 304 stainless steel and 59 copper require qualification certificates before being stored in the warehouse;
In-Process Quality Inspection: Dedicated personnel are assigned to patrol key processes. Electroplating processes undergo 48-hour salt spray testing. Ceramic products are individually inspected for glaze flatness and flushing performance to prevent defective products from moving to the next process;
Finished Product Acceptance: 3% of each batch of products undergo destructive and aging tests, with batch quality inspection reports issued. All products leaving the factory meet the requirements of the ISO9001 quality management system certification, achieving ‘zero output of non-conforming products’.
IV. Production Capacity and Humanistic Foundation
Production Capacity: With over 500 production staff and nearly 200 technical personnel, six R&D teams collaborate to achieve an annual comprehensive production capacity that can meet the needs of millions of products. It supports OEM/ODM subcontracting and bulk custom orders, with a minimum order quantity as low as 100 sets, adapting to the cooperation needs of global purchasers;
Humanism and Environmental Protection: Upholding the ‘people-oriented’ philosophy, it has built a complete employee living area (including dormitories, canteens, and gyms) and established a ‘Technical Backbone Special Fund’ for skill training. Practicing the concept of ‘loving water, saving water, and purifying water’, it has introduced energy-saving kilns and closed-loop wastewater treatment systems. Unit value-added energy consumption continues to decline, and it has obtained ISO14001 environmental management system certification;
Open Cooperation: The factory is open for regular visits, providing on-site inspection services for domestic and foreign purchasers and partners. It displays the entire process from raw material processing to finished product warehousing, building cooperation trust through transparent production.
